I am not your average mid-twenties woman. I don’t spend my nights at the bar; I spend them at the gym. I work full time and I live full time fitness. A few months ago I was a different person, I ate your typical American diet, fast food, junk food, and takeout. Now I am conscious of how I fuel my body and realize I run best on “premium grade”. I started this blog to share my story with those like me. I post what I eat, how I work out, and the progress I make towards my fitness goals.
