To has been forever since I posted anything! Right now I am in my bulking phase. I have gone from 1000 calories a day for competition to 1650 which is what I am at currently. I have not gained weight yet which is what I was aiming for. I wanted to increase my metabolism and increase my Maintenance calories. I will now begin to put on weight, but aiming for muscle not fat. Hi everyone! Sorry I have been m-I-a for a while! It’s been a long journey this year between getting married and getting in the best shape of my life for my first string of competitions. Not only that we have launched our website averagefitnessfreak.com and we will start to be offering training! Yay! We will be offering contest prep and meal plans as well as if you are just looking to lose weight. I also have been working on awesome healthy protein recipes! I will hopefully launch an e book in a few months! I am so excited about making these awesome desserts and treats because they fit macros great and they are great for you! I am super excited to start bulking and come in even leaner in my upcoming pro show in May. This is not going to be easy and will require anole amounts of pushing hard at the gym but if you want something you push yourself to get there!
